FAQ
Pricing and booking
How much does Nashville Girls Trip Check cost?
Both services are billed at Delator Group's standard investigative rate of $100 per hour, plus applicable tax. You choose the number of hours when you book. Three hours of Hotel Staging is $300; four hours of Mobile Surveillance is $400. Orders placed less than 12 hours before the requested start carry a rush fee. See pricing.
How fast can an investigator be in place?
In most cases 1 to 3 hours after booking. Nashville is Delator Group's home market. Same-night bookings are common; orders placed less than 12 hours before the start time carry a rush fee.
What do I need to send before surveillance starts?
A recent photo, her hotel or Airbnb address, an outfit description if you have one, and any plans she has shared. See what to send an investigator.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final once an investigator is dispatched. If your plans change before dispatch, call right away and we will do what we can.
How do I choose the number of hours?
Set the quantity at checkout to the number of hours. Not sure how many you need? Call or text first and an investigator will help you size it.
Is there a rush fee?
Yes, for orders placed less than 12 hours before the requested start. An investigator will tell you the amount before you book.
FAQ
The services
What is the difference between Hotel Staging and Mobile Surveillance?
Hotel Staging watches one fixed place, the entrance of her hotel or Airbnb, and documents who she leaves and returns with. Mobile Surveillance follows her through the night wherever she goes. Both are $100 per hour. Many clients start with staging and add mobile hours if they need more.
Will she find out I hired an investigator?
Investigators are trained to observe without being noticed, and your booking, payment and evidence stay private to you. No investigator can promise detection is impossible, which is why we work from public vantage points and keep a sensible distance.
Do you guarantee you will catch her cheating?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee professional, lawful documentation of the hours you book. What it shows is up to her, and many clients get a clean result that lets them stop worrying.
How is the evidence delivered?
Photos, video and a written summary are delivered directly and privately to you after the surveillance window ends. Nothing is posted, shared or disclosed to anyone else. See what surveillance evidence looks like.
What parts of Nashville do you cover?
Lower Broadway and downtown, where most bachelorette nightlife happens, plus Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, SoBro, Printers Alley, East Nashville, 12 South and wherever her hotel or plans take her in the Nashville area.
What if nothing happens?
Then that is your answer, documented. Many clients book for exactly that reason, and a clean result lets them stop worrying.
FAQ
Law and ethics
Is it legal to hire a private investigator to watch my girlfriend in Nashville?
Yes, when the work is done by a Tennessee-licensed investigator and stays in public. Tennessee licenses private investigators to gather information about a person's activities, movements and whereabouts (Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-26-202). Our investigators document only what is visible in public places. They do not enter private rooms, access phones or accounts, record private conversations or place GPS trackers. Read the full legal guide.
Can the evidence be used in a Tennessee divorce?
Adultery is one of the grounds for divorce in Tennessee (Tenn. Code Ann. § 36-4-101), and photo and video evidence can be relevant. Whether and how it is used is a question for your family law attorney. Read PI evidence in a Tennessee divorce.
Do you use GPS trackers or access her phone?
No. Tennessee makes it a crime to put a tracking device on a vehicle without the consent of every owner (Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-606), and accessing someone else's accounts or recording private conversations you are not part of is off limits. We document public activity only.
How do I check that an investigator is licensed?
Use the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance license search at search.cloud.commerce.tn.gov. See how to verify a TN PI license.
Is hiring an investigator controlling?
Wanting the truth after real warning signs is different from monitoring someone for no reason. We take cases where there is a genuine, specific concern.
