Hotel Staging: who walks her to the door?
A Tennessee-licensed investigator is posted outside her Nashville hotel or Airbnb, documenting when she leaves, who she leaves with, when she comes back and who she comes back with. Time-stamped photos. No guessing.
In most cases on site in 1–3 hours · Licensed · Confidential

What you get
Exactly what happens
A licensed investigator watches the entrance of her hotel or Airbnb from public vantage points and documents who she leaves with, who she comes back with, and when.
- 01
Where we stage
At the entrance of her hotel or Airbnb: the lobby doors, front entrance or building entrance, watched from public vantage points for the hours you book.
- 02
What we document
Every departure and return at that address: the time, who she is with, and anyone who comes back with her. Each moment is captured in time-stamped photos.
- 03
What you receive
Photos and a written timeline delivered privately to you when the window ends. Nothing is shared, posted or disclosed to anyone else.
You choose the hours
Price it in five seconds
Most clients book a window around when the group heads out and when they are expected back. Three to four hours covers the usual late-night return on Broadway nights; a full night of staging is longer.
Tax is added at checkout. Orders placed less than 12 hours before the start carry a rush fee; an investigator will tell you the amount before you commit.
Included at $100 per hour

What exactly is Hotel Staging?
A licensed investigator watches the entrance of the hotel or Airbnb where she is staying and documents who comes and goes with her, with time-stamped photos. It is the lighter-touch option: a factual read on the night without following her. Read what hotel staging surveillance is.
How much does Hotel Staging cost?
It is billed at $100 per hour, plus applicable tax. Set the quantity at checkout to the number of hours you want. Three hours is $300, four hours is $400.
How many hours should I book?
Enough to cover the window you are worried about. If you know roughly when the group goes out and when they usually get back, book around that. If you are unsure, call first and an investigator will help you pick.
Does it work for an Airbnb or a rental, not just a hotel?
Yes. We stage whichever address she is actually staying at, from public vantage points: a hotel entrance, an Airbnb front door or an apartment building entrance.
What if nothing happens?
Then that is your answer, documented. She came and went the way she said. A clean result is still a result, and for many clients it is the best one.
Can I add Mobile Surveillance later?
Yes. Many clients start with staging and add mobile hours if what they see raises more questions. Both are $100 per hour.
Is it legal?
Yes. Licensed investigators may observe and document what is visible in public places, including hotel entrances and building exteriors. We never enter private rooms, access accounts or place trackers.
Is it refundable?
All sales are final once an investigator is dispatched. If plans change before dispatch, call right away.
