FAQ

Pricing questions

Still unsure? Speak to an investigator or call (629) 310-8667.

Why $100 an hour?

It is Delator Group's standard investigative rate, the same one listed on its Tennessee pricing page for work billed hourly.

How do I book a certain number of hours?

On the booking page, set the quantity to the number of hours you want. Quantity 3 is three hours ($300); quantity 6 is six hours ($600).

Is there a minimum?

You choose the hours. For most situations an investigator will suggest at least enough time to cover the window you care about; call if you want help sizing it.

What is the rush fee?

Orders placed less than 12 hours before the requested start carry a rush fee. Call before booking and an investigator will tell you the amount for your timing.

Is tax included?

No. Applicable tax is added at checkout.

Are there hidden fees?

No retainer and no packages. The hourly rate, tax, and a rush fee if your timing calls for one. Extra hours, if you add them, are billed at the same $100 rate.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once an investigator is dispatched. If plans change before dispatch, call right away.
